More A Stumbling Block Rather Than An Asset
"Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.(Eleanor Roosevelt)
It is necessary to discuss ideas which will promote and fulfill the aspiration of the people.
Most of the times events are discussed and we only end up discussing about big shots.
While very little attention or concentration is devoted to creative ideas without which there can be no progress in the society.
The people of the first category ie great minds are the most wanted in the highest level.
The people of the 2nd category ie average minds are of the middle strata.
The people of the 3rd category ie small minds are of the grass root level.
This blog deserves to be at its place ie a place to discuss ideas. And not only discuss events and people.
God gifted talent is the most fruitful leadership quality of a person.
It is the talent which creates ideas and gives solution.
There are many who call themselves leaders and can create problems but cannot provide solution.
But a leader is a person who provides solution to the society.
A person may be having long organizational or technical experiences, but, that does not necessarily make him a great leader or a man of great minds.
Many want high posts and fame but are qualitatively not able to perform at that level and are not useful except making physical presence.
But incapability leads to hatching propaganda, confusion and destructive criticisms.
The problem is that some people have too high confidence but too low capability.
That means they misunderstand or over estimate their own leadership capacity.
They prove more stumbling blocks to the progress of an organization rather than an asset if they are wrongly placed.
However, when lowly capable persons are in majority, they also ignore or sideline the more capable persons to control an organization.
In the process there will be no vacancy for the potentially capable persons and will be left out.
However, such organization will collapse and will never ascend to the top of the mountain.

Story of Your Life
Story of Your Life
When you have no one to assist, support and promote you.
When you are ignored, humiliated and accused for no fault.
When your pessimistic side is viewed and your optimistic side is uncounted
When you are treated as worthless and slandered to put you away
And you are left alone to struggle
When no one bothers for your future
Contrary all the bad moments in your life if you remain truthful and turn to Almighty God
He is there to rescue and up lift you
For He truly loves the poor through Jesus
And He speaks with you in your dreams and through the Bible
And for the Bible says: -
Psalm 82:3,(NKJV) :
“ Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.”
1 John 3:17-19 (NKJV):
17 “But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?
18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but indeed and in truth.
19 And by this we know[a] that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him.”
And you wonder how much Jesus loves you for every miracle that He is performing in your life
You feel like crying
For this is the story of your life

Good Governance
Good Governance: The Sun is Rising Once Again
Good governance is true implementation of government programs with
efficiency, transparency,
accountability, participatory, responsiveness and political will. Good governance
is intended promote the welfare and betterment of the common citizens and
deprived sections of people who genuinely deserve opportunity to rise in life.
India is a rich country inhabited by majority of the poor people. Good
governance day was established in 2014 and is annually celebrated on the 25th
December, the birth anniversary of Atal Behari Vajpayi, the former prime
minister of India and the recipient of Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian
award, to honor his valuable
service to the people of India as a visionary and prominent leader. And make
people aware about the government commitment for providing transparent and
accountable administration in the country. However, it’s not because Christians
celebrate Christmas, the birthday of Jesus, on the same day. Atal Behari
Vajpayi emphasized on the significance of installing good governance to
initiate all round development of people as corruption was already at the
zenith when he occupied the office as the PM of India. Tackling prevalent
rampant corruption and extreme poverty have been the major challenges since
then. Good governance is essential to deliver the best to the people and
Narendra Modi, the PM of India, is doing his best to install good governance to
truly promote common people. It is a new system to rescue the innocent populace
from thoroughly corrupt system controlled by filthy politicians and officials.
Good governance will change the corrupt mindset of people towards realization
of the value of diligence, honesty and dignity of labor and eradicate poverty
and transform India into a rich and prosperous nation where everyone will be
self-sufficient. In brief, good governance is all about selflessly and openly
serving people with clean attitude maintaining low profile to promote their
welfare.
The 25th December, the
birthday of Lord Jesus Christ who was born nearly 2000 years ago has been
celebrated as Christmas by the Christians all over the world for centuries. In
the Bible Good governance is indicated based on the principle of justice,
righteousness and compassion, defending the rights of the poor and marginalized
and protecting the people from conflict. The manifesto of Jesus Christ’s
leadership was to bring good news to the poor; to proclaim release of the
captives and recovery of eyesight to the blind and to let the oppressed go free
as he mentions in the following verse of the New Testament Bible.
Luke 4:17-21 (NKJV)
18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
Because He has anointed
Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,[a]
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed.”
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,[a]
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed.”
Jesus preached
mankind to worship the only true God, to love each other, to tell the truth and
not lie, to love enemy, to help the poor and the fatherless, to obey the
commandments and law and to repent and receive forgiveness. He himself
fulfilled what he taught and the law of God his father. Jesus was absolutely
transparent and accountable and he never concealed anything. He was and is the
most brilliant and the most powerful teacher. He is called the prince of peace
for he preached love and truth in the troubled world filled with wars and
violence. He is called the ‘Messiah’ or the savior because he
gave all his
best and His own life to save mankind from the evils and gifted grace to the
world. Jesus is
Contd…
also called the
wonderful counselor and His era commenced the end of confusion and chaos.
Installing
good governance
in India implies that a modern nation is upon its shoulder and implementing
some good things that Jesus has taught and wanted mankind to practice and make
the world a better living place. Jesus Christ stands incomparable with
extra-ordinary wisdom, miraculous power and for the fact that he was an
incarnate in the form of human flesh who resurrected from death on the third
day. There would be good governance everywhere and corruption would never
appear if ever the teachings of Jesus Christ are practiced by the nations of
the world. The virtues taught by Jesus are the requisites to affect good
governance and just government. It is obvious that the Bible has provided
mankind a clear pattern for good governance and that the poor, vulnerable, needy and oppressed should
be the priority concern for leadership. As Christians it is our obligation to
defend the cause of the poor and vulnerable and help them transform their life
and promote Biblical understanding of good governance and make ourselves and
our leaders accountable. How appropriate it would be if Lord Jesus
Christ is or can be accorded honor this way considering his great and
unmatchable deed and sacrifice to the world.
Good governance is
essential for promoting healthy democracy especially, a gigantic country like India
which has been retarded due to corruption. The BJP led NDA government has
seriously taken initiative to implement good governance and once again give
hope to the vulnerable people whose dreams were shattered and future thrown in to oblivion. Good governance
is pro-poor and anti – corruption and if properly implemented will change the
course of the nation. Democracy has lots of commitments to the people but has
miserably failed due to rampant corruption and certain loopholes in the system.
The majority of people in India do not approve religious fundamentalism which a
handful of Hindu fanatics is attempting to promote. India has bigger reasons
for which it should defend and uphold secularism provided under the
constitution. It is a constitutional obligation for India to preserve the
greatness of its history which is deeply rooted with virtue of tolerance. Mahatma
Gandhi, the father of the nation, serves the best examples for teaching
satyagraha, non-violence and tolerance to the world. India cannot afford to
lose the honor bestowed by international community for being the largest
democracy and its glorious history. India has much to offer to the world if
ever it wishes to become its leader. Let the world continue to learn and
experience the greatness of India glowing on the pillars of strong integrity. There
is optimism that the will of the majority shall prevail in the interest of the
nation withering away narrow nationalism. It seems that the sun is rising once
again for people, who have lost all the hopes, seeing the cleansing task of the
government implementing numerous welfare schemes to promote the poorest of the
poor.
